DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email myprettychic1@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include a clear photo of the item received.

RETURNS, STORE CREDIT & REPLACEMENTS
